Menu Plan Monday – Round 2

We have a busy week ahead of us so there is nothing too ambitious but I am looking forward to trying a new potato recipe on Friday.


Honey Glazed Chinese Chicken, pasta with pesto and asparagus.


Baked salmon, garlic butter rice, glazed carrots.


Shrimp and Corn Chowder, biscuits.


Savannah is cooking and gets to set the menu, but hasn’t let me know what that will be yet!


Ham steak, Au Gratin Garlic Potatoes, salad.


Dinner out with Wayne’s co-workers after a company bowling event.


Likely leftovers – I hate throwing food out!
